Three Valleys

Terms of Service

Last updated October 11, 2026.

These terms apply to the Three Valleys Wine Guide Chrome extension and this website. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

What the guide is

The extension helps you research public tasting rooms in Walla Walla Valley and The Rocks District; Santa Barbara nested AVAs; and nested Willamette AVAs. It is an informational trip-planning tool. It is not a booking agency, not a winery, and not affiliated with the businesses listed.

Accuracy of listings

Hours, tasting fees, visit policies, and reservation links change. Unpublished fees are shown as “Not published — confirm with winery.” Always confirm details with the winery before you visit. We do not invent tasting fees.

Your use

Third-party services

The map may load tiles from OpenStreetMap and, when a pin is missing, look up a winery address on Photon (Komoot). Winery websites, reservation platforms (such as Tock or OpenTable), and Google Maps have their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.

No warranty

The extension and listings are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free, or that the extension will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension, including missed reservations, tasting fees, travel plans, or third-party site issues.

Privacy

How the extension handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and the extension. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
